Like many people today we want to ensure that we know what we are eating, reduce the cost of our food, and minimize the amount of food we waste. How can we do that? We can grow our own food and freeze dry it!
Then we thought, I bet other people would like to do the same.
And just like that Fernells Farm Fresh was established in 2023.
Freeze drying preserves food for up to 25 years. Not only do we want to offer you our freeze dried products, but we want to offer freeze drying services. If you grow a garden and have too many tomatoes, why not freeze dry them. We can do that for you. We look forward to hearing from you.
